needing help with a dog ASAP

My dog has fear based aggression. I can’t take him on walks or anything because he just wants to fight everything he sees. He is a large dog and is very rough with my toddler. I have family coming to live with me due to an urgent situation and children will be coming as well. I have tried training him, letting him burn off energy in my yard and nothing is working. Does anyone know of anyone or rescues who can help me find my dog a better placement? He is probably 70 pounds. I will not give him to any individual that is not with a rescue. He is aggressive towards new people and I cannot chance him going after the people that are moving in. I need help. Does anyone have any ideas? I really dont want to take him to a shelter. He would need to be muzzled. He is fixed and utd on rabies vaccine.
