Looking to hire occasional bartenders or party helpers

I've been running my own catering services (bartender and party helper) company for 11 years. We do gigs all over the tri-state and PA. The work is pretty easy (mixing drinks if you bartend, serving food from a buffet, washing serving dishes, picking up and throwing away dirty plates/cups/napkins/utensils, passing appetiezers on trays, take trash out, help prep food, etc) and we get to eat and drink on the job. We usually wear all black (black shorts/pants, black or white button down shirt and black shoes and a black apron I provide). Pay is $25/hr cash plus tips usually. What I want more than anything are people who are RELIABLE. Whenever I post one of these ads, I get 100's of responses, but those same people are a no-show (without even cancelling/communicating) when it comes to the day of the gig. I need people who do what they are going to say, commit when they commit and always communicate with me if plans change. I will have several more gigs (couples times per month) throughout the Summer and beyond. They are usually on a Saturday, sometimes Sunday or Friday. Please answer these questions when you respond and include resume/references, your name, # and real email address. 1. Can you work with me 6 hours ($150+) Saturday 6/12 in Stroudsburg PA? I will drive us out there (it's 2 hours from NYC) but unfortunately can't offer a ride home. There is a bus that takes 1.5 hours and costs $43 you can take to get back to NYC. Or if you have a car, it's no problem. 2. Do you have a car? Not necessary for the job, I can drive us. but just wondering. Helps 3. Are you willing to travel 1 to 2 hours for gigs? Many gigs are in NYC but many are also 1-2 hours away. Sometimes we rent a cheap motel/airbnb and stay overnight, go hiking the next day, make a vacation out of it. 4.
