Need short term painter and/or home repair

I need a few things done around the house in a short amount of time. The basement needs to be painted and could probably be finished in a few days by a skilled painter. Willing to consider any bids so if interested please reach out. I'm also looking for someone to do a few odd house repair jobs. A bathroom fan needs fixing as well as a light fixture needs to be redone. Also willing to either pay hourly or by bid. Thanks!
