Black cat looking for a good owner

Hyde is a black cat with a small white spot on his chest he also has a few random hairs that are white around his body. He is neutered but has not had any shots, unfortunately it's something I have neglected thats on me, but he is quite healthy. He's been de wormed and deflead on a regular basis we got him ear mite medicine starting treatment, he got it from another cat. He is roughly 4 to 5 years old. He is good with children and will be okay with other animals after a time period. He was an only pet but we had watched another cat for a while which he showed no interest in just went about his day after the initial fight week. We had two newfoundland dogs over he would sit on our entertainment center (above the dogs heads) and for lack of better words "lord" over them, on the very day they came into our house. He will stick his head in about everything we have had to cut his head out of a few things around Christmas time. He will use a letterbox but don't leave a towel on the floor that is his next go to. He will kill all types of critters outside (I have found bunnies, rats, mice, moles, birds, snakes, and a nutria? We live by the river), but he has a tendency to not kill what he finds in the home. Caught him laying with a mouse for an extended amount of time, I had to throw it outside alive in the end. Hyde has a sensitive stomach and won't eat wet food, most treats, and most brands of cat food. I have tried a bunch but he picks at it if its not the Purina naturals. He knows his name and will come if you call him. He typically sticks around the home if outside if you are outside he prefers being around someone. He will follow me during yard work. He would be a great farm/barn cat but he will follow you around. Though he typically stays indoors with us, only when he escapes through the kids' feet does he go outside, (I am not the biggest fan of picking up dead things). I would never consider getting rid of Hyde, he is my first pet since my independence from my parents, and I thought he would always be with me. However, life happened and now I have to move around a lot, and the work I will be doing would leave him neglected. I can't do that to a member of my family. One more thing his favorite place to sleep is at the foot of the bed on your feet or next to your feet.
