General Laborer - painting, sheet rock repairs, general maintenance

TNT Contractors - A General Construction company started in the mid 1990's is looking for more helpers. We're looking for help for at least the summer but potentially more for the right person! Our focus has been on painting, apartment maintenance turnovers, fraternity maintenance turnovers and other small projects. We do not do larger projects like building houses, or roofs or siding but anyone with that kind of experience are more than welcome to apply. Requirements/preferred: 1. Valid drivers license (preferred but not mandatory) 2. Working vehicle (preferred but not mandatory) 3. Valid auto insurance (preferred but not mandatory) 4. If no drivers license and transportation you must still be able to get yourself to our morning meeting location on your own. 4. MUST be at least 18 years old or older 5. Experience preferred but not required. We are are willing to train the right person. TYPES OF PROJECTS: 1. Painting 2. Snow removal (if person stays on longer than summer) 3. Gutter cleaning (if person stays on longer than summer) 4. General maintenance 5. Sheetrock repair SCHEDULE: Depends on work load to determine available hours offered to employee. For now we have mostly full time hours available. For this position we are willing to, if we have to, work around other jobs or schooling. However, you must have some available days Monday-Friday for 8 hour day shifts. Our days are 9AM-5PM and so you MUST have availability on some week days to work that schedule. We are not looking for people who can work 1/2 days or hours here and there. COMPENSATION: All people start at $16.00 per hour but I'm willing to pay more ONCE you prove yourself! Dependability and experience are what I value! Everyone is paid the first of every month. Draws are allowed in the middle of the month if needed. HOW TO APPLY: Just text me.
