We have a four year old German Shepherd that we unfortunately have to rehome. He is an excellent dog other than the fact that he doesn’t get along with other male dogs. We have not seen any signs of issues with females. The ultimate situation would be a home which he is the only pet. He has been raised around kids and have not had a single issue with people. He does think he is a lap dog and will jump right up and lay on the couch with you. He is extremely fast and would make a good agility pup. We paid over $2000 for him so he is from a good breeder. He weighs right about 65lbs so he’s not huge. He comes from the German blood lines and they are more on the smaller side compared to an American Shepherd.
