Laborers to help install a retaining wall

I'm looking to hire four people. For this Monday (06/07) and Tuesday(06/08). To help with putting up a 3-tier retaining wall. I'll pay $200 each (AFTER THE JOB IS COMPLETED-if it gets done in 2 days (7a.m.-noon)). But you must show up and work until the job is finished. ***If you're not there until the job is completed. Then there is no compensation (I'm not paying 16 guys to work 2-1/2 hours each)***! Capice'? The job is already in progress. But it needs to be done a.s.a.p.! It shouldn't take 5 people more than 2 days if you show up and work. All you need to do. Is put a few walls together (approx. 70 ft. each 3 boards high in each wall. With 10'x4"x6" boards), move a little dirt, and anchor the walls in.
