Musician seeks a 3 day music spot rental

I am a one man DJ needing a small showcase room (ideally 20x20 or larger) so I can take some photos/videos while performing. It would just be myself and one photographer needing a spot for a 3 day stretch. I'd need to be able to leave my equipment in the room secured during that time. I would also need access to the location for 24 hours but willing to negotiate on this. My budget is around $300 so please reach out with serious inquiries. Thanks!
