Must have basic construction hand tools Must be able to perform HIGH quality retail commercial carpentry work. (Sheetrock, ceiling, metal studs framing, installing prefab cabinets, painting, and finish) Must have own reliable transportation Oversees and monitors daily activities of employees and contract personnel at construction site Coordinates with upper management and other personnel to ensure construction projects are completed in a timely manner and according to project plan Monitors expenses to remain on budget and coordinates adjustments Coordinates company communication to ensure owner is properly informed of construction project status Responsible to ensure that construction projects are performed in accordance with company procedures, as well as safety, environmental and other regulatory guidelines and mandates Able to travel for work in the US Other tasks as assigned Qualifications Must have 5+ years experience with reliable transportation Ability to read blueprints Experience leading carpenters and laborers Ability to maintain time cards, field reports etc. Ability to help with safety management Established proficiency in computing skills and knowledge of Microsoft (EXCEL) Own basic trade tools Valid driver’s license Ability to pass any pre-employment screenings (i.e. drug tresting) Must have strong leadership and coaching skills Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively work with personnel at all levels in organization Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task with attention to accuracy Exceptional problem solving skills with ability to provide strong leadership and coaching skills Must be team player that possess the ability to adapt to a changing and fast paced work environment Attention to safe and efficient operations is imperative
