4yo Border Collie Shep mix needs a new home asap

Jade is a very respectable loving pupp that i adopted about 6 months ago. I am moving away and she cannot stay where I’m moving to, as heartbreaking as it is she really needs a new home. She is potty trained 100% i have a bed for her and food etc. please help me find her a good home. I have all of her paperwork she has her rabies shot until next year and has no health issues at all.
