Compensation: Hourly, Rate 22.00-25.00 Hr. based on experience

Turf Exchange is serving Southern California Artificial Turf for over 7 years. We are looking for candidates that are passionate about working for a fast-paced, growing company, bilingual, friendly, and experienced in the landscape industry. This position is for someone who has knowledge of landscape and maintenance and effectively assists with Warranties and customer service.
Candidates located in and with experience in Ventura County strongly preferred.
Duties:
Assist the Operations Team with the following:
Assist in repairing warranty complaints
Coordinating daily additional tasks for crews
Identifying problems and make recommendations to the Director of Operations.
Help organize and receive in warehouse. Assist other departments with various projects
Follow up with the client to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- 2 + years in a landscape/gardening or construction
- Have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Bilingual in Spanish
