WAREHOUSE WORKER Job Description: Our Warehouse Worker assists with all aspects of the warehouse including shipping, receiving, and inventory. The Warehouse Worker must be physically fit to fulfill their day-to-day duties which include, loading or unloading products, picking items from shelves to prepare unit kits for the renovation crews, ensuring that they have all proper materials on a day-to-day basis. Will assist in tracking product inventory, order and stock parts in the warehouse and deliver materials to crews as necessary ensuring a smooth and professional experience. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Reports to Warehouse Supervisor and ensures a strong team environment • Manages incoming and outgoing materials; Maintains a clean and well-stocked warehouse • Pulls inventory; ensures all materials are available to complete projects on time • Delivers materials in a timely manner and according to schedule • Receives and records new inventory as it is delivered; inspects and stores it according to policy • Inspects shipments to confirm that products received meet specifications • Monitor’s inventory; reconciles any differences between physical inventory and electronic inventory database • Collaborates with other departments to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices • Loads and unloads vehicles of materials, equipment and debris from fleet vehicles and trailers; deliver and dispose of materials and debris to the county dumping facilities • May act as the Company’s representative on the jobsite with third parties such as trade partners, customers and government inspectors and investigators • Performs other related duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: • Proactively complete tasks before expected due dates • Good communication skills, honest, ethical, and hardworking. Stable, responsible, self-motivated, and detail oriented • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in word, excel, scheduling programs, organizing and computer skills • Computer literate (for receiving emails, weekly time sheets and job documentation) • High School Diploma or GED Certification Required • Ability to Climb stairs or Ladders to heights more than 8-9 feet • Ability to Lift, Carry or otherwise move or position Heavy Equipment or objects weighting up to 75 pounds and/or assist others with objects weighing more (Including Painting Tools and Heavy Buckets of Paint) • Ability to Stand for Long Periods of Time and work in a variety of physical positions which include, but are not limited to, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and walking, requires mobility and flexibility to work in confined spaces • Ability to walk over rough, uneven and/or slippery surfaces • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. • Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation COMPENSATION: Part-time to start Pay: $15 per hour depends on experience If you are interested in an opportunity with this company, then please respond to this ad with your resume.
