TEXT ONLY - Looking for today but open to early week as well
Looking for an experienced handyman for drywall repair in a Chandler residential home. This is a fairly straightforward job, but does require someone professional and experienced.
Multiple drywall cutouts had to be made for ethernet wiring throughout the home. The installation company for that project does not do the actual drywall repair after installation.
There are a total of 22 cutouts. All of the holes are square and still have the original drywall sections that were cut out. Most are small holes. There is only one ceiling cut out that is larger, but we plan to change that to be attic access.
You must fully repair the drywall to a professional appearance including
-Repair the drywall by putting the original section back in place or replacing with new
-Patch the seams between existing and repaired area
-Spray the appropriate texture to match existing drywall
The primary goal is to get the holes repaired and the texture complete. If the texture is not dry enough to paint you could either come back or it could be taken care of.
Please text if you are interested in the project. Work could be performed all at once or in batches. You could start as early as today.
House is located close to Rural and Ray. Pay will be in cash at completion of job or end of day. You MUST have experience doing this type of work. Please do not apply if you do not have extensive knowledge and experience working with drywall. Ideally you will have tools but can be provided.
Thank you!
