Job Description SIMOS is Now Hiring full time. Temp to perm positions. You will be expected to meet daily production numbers. Must be able to work independently and self motivated. Fast paced work environment. Must follow directions and instructions from leads and/or Managers Job Responsibilities Employees are expected to comply and fully adhere to the SIMOS Dress-Code Policy and Attendance Policy. Lift, handle and carry boxes up to 50 pounds. This position requires you to stand on your feet for at least 10-12 hours. Operate equipment safely and to exception, as needed. Employee must always maintain a work-area and environment that is free of plastic, paper, corrugate, damaged materials, and other debris, to help maintain a safe working environment. Employee are expected to be on-time for the start of their shift, and to remain at work until the end of the scheduled shift. Will be trained to properly use an RF gun to recognize and understand SKU's, location numbers and barcodes. Must be able to handle physical demands of the job. which includes, walking/standing for entire 8-10 hour shift. Also includes bending stooping, reaching into racks and lifting as needed.
