This work is primarily funded by the local Austin utilities' Free Weatherization Program. Attitude is more improtant than specific experience in this area. If you are willing to learn, we will train you. Work history/ longevity and reliable transportation can be your ticket to a new career in the HVAC trade. Duties Include: Weather stripping and insulation installation Air duct sealing and installation You will need to be able to drive work truck, and need a valid driver's license.
