Organizing and cleaning 2nd set of hands to help out

I need someone to help me around the garage/house this week, mainly a 2nd set of hands. I need some help cleaning/organizing, and other general work. Looking for someone that can keep busy, stay off their phone, and not have to take a cigarette break every 10 minutes. I know that sounds harsh, but I’m a very laid-back guy. Just have had some bad help in the past. :-)
