need experienced mechanic for head gasket repair 07 Toyota Yaris

looking for an experienced mechanic who can repair my engine and change out the water pump. the cables have got to come off always so taking off the water pump should be easy. the car is a 2007 Toyota Yaris and you can see on youtube that there are not a lot of electronics or lots of stuff to move in order to get to the block. I have replaced the radiator, thermostat and spark plugs. the reason I changed the radiator and the thermostat is because every day the radiator fluid would need to be filled up. it honest ran better before I changed the radiator and the thermostat. The car has not overheated but I feel like something may be damaged in the engine.the car runs and if feels ok at any speed under 40mph. Once you hit 40mph and above the car lacks power and the engine is working really hard just to maintain those speeds. Im looking for an experienced mechanic who has the tools and the confidence to help me fix my engine.
