Job Opening: Porter for Property Management Company Location: Redlands, CA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-6:00PM Job Duties: 1. Keeping property clean, walking property, sweeping, taking out trash etc. 2. Occasionally assisting with painting or moving appliances. 3. Run errands for management and employees. 4. Minor repairs and maintain stock of cleaning supplies. 5. Perform general maintenance around the building and other tasks assigned by the Property Manager. Requirements: 1. Clean background 2. Able to run, walk and lift up to 20 lbs. 3. Can do attitude. 4. Similar experience as a Groundskeeper or Maintenance Technician. Compensation: $15 per hour plus benefits.
