Onsite Multi-Skilled Worker (Custom Build New Construction) Seeking a multi-skilled worker who has knowledge and experience in carpentry, light framing, painting, sheetrock, tile, and the ability to finish new construction punch lists and warranty items. This role requires working alone and/or alongside other contractors to achieve completion of jobs. Must be able to self direct and also take direction, as needed. Responsibilities and Duties Receive detailed and lengthy instructions from the site supervisor to plan for the day’s work. Study blueprints and prepare for the job by collecting the correct tools, supplies, and equipment Verify the necessary material for each job. Attention to details such as size and amount is necessary. Assist on jobs or tasks that require a second person. Assess the needs of the job, request appropriate materials for completion, and be a critical thinker in order to complete jobs. Sweeping and cleaning constructing sites Requirements and Qualifications 18 years of age High-school diploma or GED Must be able to provide transportation to and from job sites Physical ability to lift and carry varying amounts of weight Must be consistently punctual and reliable 2 years experience in residential construction Basic knowledge of how to read and understand blueprints Ability to maintain a clean worksite Great attention to small details
