Join our growing team, working with great staff with a growing rental management company. Responsibilities: • Rental unit make ready - cleaning, prepping and repairing units to be move-in ready • General Maintenance repairs consisting of minor electrical, plumbing, construction, painting and general maintenance repairs. • Snowplowing, shoveling and mowing lawns and grounds up-keep. • Show vacant units on an as-needed basis. Requirements: • High School diploma or equivalent. • Previous work experience in related field a plus, but will train right applicant. • Have basic tools. • Ability to regularly lift up-to 50lbs. • Carpentry, plumbing and electrical knowledge. • Strong organizational and technical skills to service rental units and properties. • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. • Ability to regularly walk, climb, kneel, crouch and stand for long periods. • Ability to work outside in all-weather elements.
