I have a home in Port Colborne Ontario Canada - but I live in florida - I am a Canadian citizen, house has not been rented out and I get mail there- I am selling the home and I have no intension ever going back to Canada. I am seeking a sharp CPA who can limited my tax exposure with this sale - if you can help me send me your info - I wanted to be able to go into the gray area - I don't care if they audit me from Canada...........
