Full-Time Vacation Rental Housekeeper - Princeville to Poipu. $17 per hour to start. Local vacation management company is seeking energetic, ethical, and reliable full-time vacation rental housekeepers. Eligible Candidates Must Have: • Reliable transportation • Smartphone with text and data • Email • The ability to take and send photos from the properties • Basic computer skills such as entering information in forms online and scanning or emailing documents • Cleaning of all kinds (bathrooms, windows, ceiling fans, hosing lanais, cleaning BBQs & hot tubs, etc.) completing basic fix-its, sewing, folding, washing linens, removing stains, assembling gift baskets, escrow cleans, after construction cleans and more. • Ability to move small to medium size pieces of furniture for cleaning behind and beneath • Physical stamina and mobility, including reaching, kneeling, bending, lifting, and working on step ladders • Physical high energy • Necessary conflict resolution skills as you will be interacting with guests if complaints need to be resolved - either in person or over the phone • Ability to maintain excellent rapport with coworkers and authority figures, and follow company policies and procedures • We maintain a respectful work environment. Respect for peers and supervisors is a must. • Professional behavior when at resorts and while performing duties • Good references regarding trustworthiness, work ethic, professional disposition, timeliness, and energy level • Flexibility in scheduling as necessary Work Schedule and Benefits • 40 hours per week. Must be available seven days a week. You will only be scheduled five days out of any week. • Hours range between 8 am to 6 pm.
