Scooby needs a new home

So we have had Scooby for about 7 to 8 months now. The vet said he is a Saint Bernard mix but he is small. I think he has some type of herding breed in him as well. I'm looking to rehome him due to him asserting his dominance over our other dogs is becoming an issue. He is not aggressive by any means but he is causing my other dogs to cower when he comes around. He is constantly going after our pit and leaving scabs on her. I think if he had a "job" and was the only dog, he would be much better. He has been around kids the entire time we've had him and he is good with them as well. He is neutered, utd on his shots, and microchipped. I hate to even think about rehoming him but our other dogs shouldn't have live like this either. There is a rehoming fee so he gets a good home.
