High End Construction Laborer Looking to build, and build your skills with a mainstay high-end construction company? We're looking to hire a High End Construction Laborer. High End Construction Laborer day to day: Work independently and work well with others. Maintain a positive attitude and represent company values. Clean and prepare construction sites as needed, including erecting scaffolding, removing, and properly disposing of debris and waste materials including dump runs. Regular communication with Site supervisor and Project Manager Use technology to document projects with photos, text and email regularly. Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management. Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, forklifts, skid loaders and other tools as directed by management. Landscaping, painting, cleaning, minor framing, minor siding, minor trim, minor roofing, and demolition. Shovel materials to and from construction areas, including asphalt and dirt. Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site daily. Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment. High End Construction Laborer Requirements: Valid driver’s license Clean driver’s record One or more years of experience in construction Ability to lift 80lbs+ regularly Eye for detail Manage time, labor, materials, and equipment to limit costs. Must have personal vehicle to transport to and from work sites. Must be over 21 High school diploma or equivalent Drug free Hours: 30+ hours per week Wage: $17 per hour Location: Varies Get in touch!
