This is an Art Journaling Workshop by Laurel Justice Language and art combined are powerful tools for refining thoughts and bridging transformation. In a fun, supportive space, we’ll use art therapy and memoir prompts to collage throughout a board book that you'll take with you. Our facilitator, psychotherapist Laurel Justice, has been leading creative workshops and retreats for over 20 years. She will guide us through a playful, no-pressure process of cutting, pasting, discovering, recovering, discarding and intention-setting for life-after-the-Covid-era. You’ll connect with other participants and experience fresh perspectives that art and writing so easily inspire. This is a Sip & Create Class- This class includes one beverage and supplies.
