Due to my building selling I have to move by the 17th of june and Im trying to find a private landlord to work with. Im looking for somewhere for myself, my boyfriend and our six year old. Our credit isnt great but we are actively working on rebuilding it, I do have a prior eviction (previous landlord literally disappered for six months while my apartment was falling apart and stop answering calls and text so i moved out) but I’m able to give referance from my current landlord on rental history with her, we also have two steady incomes and we also have a dog. We are looking for at least two bedrooms and have a budget of $1200. Like I said i can provide referance and even a co signer if need be. We are just desperate to find something so we dont end up homeless with our kiddo. We currently live in Jefferson County closer to Saint Louis, but we’re looking to move to the Bonne Terre, Park Hills, or Farmington area.
