Instructor: Chris Ferguson, Director of Business Development Chris Ferguson finds fulfillment in creating relationships, building community, and bringing impactful change through teaching. Prior to real estate, Chris built and managed many diverse businesses, most recently an insurance brokerage where he was awarded "Agent of Tomorrow" for the state of Utah. He has degrees in Marketing and International Relations. Since his start in Real Estate, he has been heavily involved in new construction acquisition and development, and has led many agent training and mentorship programs. Chris now oversees UHS (United Home Services), a network designed to teach real estate agents the skills and habits necessary to develop their own successful businesses. He resides in Draper with his family and enjoys all of the amazing outdoor activities Utah has to offer
