Two people, myself (vocalist) and and a guitar player are looking for a room or garage that we can rent to practice and record our hard rock music. This is just a few hours during one day a week. Saturday afternoon or evening, most likely being the best day. We'll pay $10 an hour, can negotiate depending upon the offer. We are well mannered professional adults and will not bring drugs or alcohol into your space. :)
