Beware of Tru Green

We ordered Tru Green to help get our lawn back in order. It was full of nothing but weeks. The saleman told us one thing and what they actually did was totally opposite. The first guy spread fertilizer on part of the lawn. The second guy was a day late and just walked around doing nothing (receipt said free service). The third guy was trying to kill weeks. He had a small sprayer and maybe did a half of dozen weeds on the lawn (our lawn is covered with weeds). He said other trucks will be coming by during the day to do three other applications (receipt said free service). No on showed up. The fourth gal said she came at 6:40 am and stayed one minute according to the online receipt (receipt said free service). We checked our cameras and she did a no show. We complained and complained and each time we talk with someone in other parts of the country. The local office doesn't answer their phone or return calls. We got a partial refund. We have gotten several text messages saying they are coming to do a free service. We believe that when he spread the fertilizer (potassium ??) it was actual weed seeds (we have new weeks in plentiful since that application). They are nothing but scammers.....beware! DO NOT USE THEM. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
