Summer Concerts in Memorial Park with the Wheaton Municipal Band, Dr. Bruce Moss, Music Director. You must have a ticket to enter the parkThere will only be 4 entrances, each will have a volunteer to ensure that you have a ticket (no exceptions).You will need to bring your own seating (chair or blanket).There is a limit to the number of people who can be in Memorial ParkTicket links will be on the band website: www.wheatonmunicipalband.org and on our social media sites. Tickets will be available the Friday before each concert at 9:00 a.m.If you are fully vaccinated, you do not need a mask in the park, otherwise masks are strongly encouraged.Please practice social distancing while seated, at the concession stand, or in the restrooms.The park will be divided into 2 sections, the Front – called Section 1 and the back part of the park called Section2.Please enter the park for your ticketed section – volunteers cannot check you in if you go to the wrong entrance.The Library will have 20 Section 1 and 20 section 2 tickets for each concert for those who do not have access to a computer or mobile phone.We will be performing with a smaller band this year, to allow for appropriate social distancing. There will be approximately 56 players on stage as opposed to our usual 86.There will not be coffee, ice cream or fresh popped popcorn – due to health regulations. We will have water, soft drinks, and prepackaged salty and sweet snacks.
