My wife and I are looking to hire a person (NOT A COMPANY) that can do the following on a weekly basis: SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY PLEASE We are located on Cobb Lake in the Barry County Yankee Springs Township What you’ll get: Min. guaranteed hours per week is 16 hours – either 2 full days or 1 full day and 2 ½ days – I’m flexible. At times, We'll will need you for more hours, so if we can be flexible with that, that’ll be great You’ll get paid once a week on Fridays via check You’ll clock out for 30 mins for lunch. You’ll need to fill out a W9 so we can give you a 1099 at the end of the year What you’ll do: Mow the lawns at the house, edge them, feed and weed all the tree and evergreens and shrub beds, rake the beach and generally take care of the yard. We do not have flowers or flower beds so it is not that complicated. Wash the exterior windows and broom or power wash all the bugs from the house as well as clean all the bugs out of the exterior lights on the house at least twice a month. This will require your ability to get on a ladder. Not a 25’ ladder but a 9’ foot I guess. Wash and clean the exterior and interior of the cars every week. Experience doing light painting. For example, I have two metal shellback chairs that I sanded and cleaned in order to repaint them. Various other tasks that involve basic handyman/women type work Helping us keep a big house and yard clean etc. Pay is $20 per hour and a higher hourly commensurate with their experience. References required Looking to hire ASAP Must be at least 18 years old
