Tree Service crew member and truck driver

We are looking to add new member to our crew. Need to have drivers license with insurable record to drive a non CDL chip truck with chipper. Prior tree work (chainsaw use, chipping, pruning, climbing, bucket truck work,)would be very helpful as well as knowledge of the area roads. We work full time year around rain or shine.
