Established Skagit/Whatcom county residential home builder is seeking a Construction Laborer for various projects in Skagit/Whatcom County. This position is responsible for various hands-on labor tasks. This position work directly under the site Superintendent. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following -Cleaning of construction site -Moving and stacking materials -Painting of a variety of surfaces on the exterior of homes -Pressure washing of homes, garage and other surfaces -Operating small tools including saws and drills -Completing punch lists -Various labor related work as directed Requirements -Experience preferred but not required -Ability to work in a safe manor -Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment -Ability to identify defects and trade damage in new home construction -Ability to use small hand tools - Dependable transportation -Self-starter and the ability to work independently -Ability to left 75 lbs.
