She provides clients with a safe space to freely express themselves, encourages them to “stretch & grow” and teaches them the coping skills necessary to assist in their healing.  What Wendy Does: "Me" Care (Self-Care)/Individual Counseling - For anyone struggling with letting go of grudges, moving past the pain caused by traumatic experiences or those unsure of how to get back to feeling great about who they are. Focuses are on but not limited to Depression, Survivors/Perpetrators of physical, emotional &/or sexual abuse, Letting Go (Grief Counseling) "We" Care/Family Counseling - Bringing families together, by giving each individual the power to communicate effectively and an opportunity to be heard, so that the family can be healed. Focuses are on Effective Communication, Preservation of the family unit. "Us" Care/Couples Counseling - For couples looking to revitalize their relationships by unlocking the power within, that allows them to quiet the conflict that is threatening to destroy the possibilities for growth in their relationship. With the goal being to transform their relationship into a partnership. Focuses are on Effective Communication, Revitalization of the marriage.
