synerG Wellness Series returns with Title Boxing for a cardio boxing bootcamp class! Mark your calendar for a workout with synerG at the end of June! Title Boxing will host a 45 minute cardio boxing bootcamp in the parking lot of the Painted Plate (3404 Whitehurst Rd, Greensboro, NC 27410) which is just behind the Westridge Square Shopping Center (behind Kohl's and Planet Fitness). Title Boxing and Painted Plate will have fun giveaways after the class! Participants should bring an exercise mat and water bottle. synerG is more than just an organization for Greensboro's young professionals.
