APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (various locations) © craigslist - Map data © OpenStreetMap compensation: Depends on experience. employment type: full-time NOW HIRING - APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - Maintenance Technician(s) are needed for various apartments located at central Las Vegas. • Successful candidate will maintain day-to-day operations, perform maintenance and repair work on apartments and surrounding property grounds under direction. • Work descriptions and skills including: >Advance Skills : electrical, plumbing, diagnosing and repairing appliances, Soldering/Braising, install wall unit HVAC >Basic Skills: simple plumbing & electrical, drywall patching and texturing, painting, doosr & windows, locks and re-keying, carpentry, ceramic tile, vinyl flooring installation and repair. • ability to plan, organize and follow through all work orders; • regular walk through of apartments and surroundings; • self-starter with good work ethic; • work independently and at the same time also as part of the team to ensure customer satisfaction; • have own tools and valid driver's license; • must pass drug test and background check.
