Bessemer City 3rd Annual Juneteenth Festival The City of Bessemer City invites you and your family to our 3rd annual Juneteenth Festival in Centennial Park on Friday, June 18th from 6:00 – 9:00 PM. Juneteenth is a celebration commemorating the abolishment of slavery, and embracing the rich African-American culture as we move forward as a nation. This event will feature live entertainment, history lessons, food trucks, and fun activities for children.
