Rock n' Roots Plant Co. | Join the plant party! Start your Self Care Sunday off right at KickHouse Summerville with a relaxing Rock n' Roots Plant Co. and Reagan Sobel Yoga + Wellness collaboration! Class includes an all-levels indoor invigorating yoga flow at KickHouse lead by Reagan Sobel followed by a hands-on succulent planting workshop next door at Charleston Sports Pub lead by Rock n' Roots Plant Co. This class is great for yoga + plant beginners and experts alike and will include: - 1 hour yoga instruction - 45 minute live plant instruction + build time - one 5 in. hanging glass globe terrarium - an assortment of fully rooted live succulents (variety may vary depending on availability) - decorative materials (druzy amethyst, soil, moss, stone, etc.) - one watering wand - care tips Charleston Sports Pub will have food + drink specials available during class! Guests have the options to participate in only the plant portion if desired. Pre-registration required.
