PART-TIME MAINTENANCE PERSON (Two Positions Open) Responsible, professional, and friendly person for a Part-Time Maintenance position at a self-storage facility in the Avondale area. Candidate must be responsible, flexible, and have reliable transportation. Schedule is flexible for three days per week per person and can be determined with the manager. We are closed Sundays and major holidays. Two part-time positions are available. Maintenance duties include sweeping, cleaning, lifting heavy items into dumpster, yard work, filling propane containers, and other maintenance activities as directed. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions, no visible tattoos, and no criminal record. Hours: Three days at 24 hours per week / 9am - 6pm with one hour lunch break Pay: $12.25 - $13 / hour Apply through e-mail with work history/resume. No phone calls or in-person applicants, please.
