This module focuses on open-hand, last resort tactics for defensive situations. It provides skills and techniques designed to stun or incapacitate an assailant – instantly – without the need for advanced training, timing, and experience, including defense against common holds, grabs, and tackles.
You will learn instant nervous system disruptions for first-person defense and third-person intervention, as well as joint manipulations and incapacitations, should anyone try to put their hands on you without your consent.
