HANDYMAN/MAINTENANCE Technician (Missoula) Join our team! Peak Maintenance Inc. is hiring a skilled handyman to perform maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties. This position starts Soon! This position is ~40 hrs per week and is temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent. The right person for our team will have: 1. A broad range of maintenance/repair skills and experience and will be able to troubleshoot all kinds of repair issues. 2. A good set of hand tools and basic power tools. 3. A reliable vehicle (preferably truck or van) able to transport work materials and tools. 4. The ability to verbally communicate effectively with co-workers, property owners and renters of properties where work is performed. 5. Ability to work Mon. - Fri flexible hours depending on the workload. Rotating after hours on call. This job involves entering tenants homes both occupied and unoccupied.
