Handyman needed for small job - Fremont

I hurt my arm and need someone experienced to help complete a couple of task. Tighten kitchen sink faucet- It is loose but not broken. Seal bath-tub backsplash and surrounding tub area using poxy sealant. I have the materials. The kitchen faucet should not take long. Maybe 15 minutes or so to get underneath kitchen cabinet to tighten the faucet. Not sure how long for the backsplash. Need someone who is experienced using poxy sealant. Please provide price and availability.
