Need help with Painting, Basic construction

I am starting a project to paint 3 rooms of a house and need help. Much of the job will be stripping and sanding the trim and wainscoting in 2 rooms. This will be done with paint stripper and a heat gun. Once the paint is removed the wood will need to be sanded and then stained and finished with a clear coat. This is a long, pain staking process that I have done a lot of. It requires stamina and attention to detail. Once the wood work is complete we will paint the 3 rooms which should be pretty straight forward. If you have experience doing this type of work that is prefered and please tell me about your experience. If not then you need to be a quick learner. College students welcome. In any case I need 2 people who are hard working and do not need to be babysat all day. I want to be able to explain what needs to be done, show you how to do it and then know that you will be working well on your own and not breaking things in the process. I also need someone to come and help me on Monday of next week to prep the rooms by moving and covering furniture and putting down paper on the floor. I need someone STRONG that day as I have some very heavy pieces of furniture. That will be a shorter day- starting around 11 am. Then Tuesday 6/8 we begin the paint stripping process and continue on until it is done. I anticipate that this job will take about 3 weeks to complete, so if you are good I can keep you working for a while. I will pay anyone who comes to work $15 hr the first day just to see how you do. If you are good I will bump up the pay to $20 and hour and keep you for the duration of the project. Please let me know about your availablity too. Are you open for the next 2- 3 weeks working 5-6 days a week 8-4 or 5? I will pay you each day in cash. Please no flakes. If you show up and have no idea what you are doing and not working hard you will be politely asked to leave the job site.
