We are a builder located out of Cloverdale, CA who works in various locations throughout Sonoma and Mendocino counties, and we are looking to hire a laborer full time. The majority of our jobs are located in The Sea Ranch, CA, so must be comfortable driving their own vehicle out there or with commuting with one of our employees. This is a great opportunity for a person with any level of construction experience, and is looking to learn. The position performs physical labor at construction project sites. The laborer may have to operate hand and power tools under supervision and instruction from their foreman. They will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines (with instruction), load and unload frequently heavy materials, and follow directions from supervisors and other skilled tradesmen. To do well in this role you should be physically fit, reliable, and be a hard worker. Please have a valid driver's license, as you may do dump runs using a company vehicle. Construction Laborer Responsibilities: Operate and care for construction equipment and machines. Help equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary. Load or unload construction materials. Follow instructions from supervisors. Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary. Perform site clean-up.
