The Retail Fulfillment Associate is responsible for helping maintain warehouse operations including: cleaning, organization, counting, picking and packing orders as well as receiving incoming return and new inventory. Associates must demonstrate effective communication and strong work ethic to be successful. Associates are expected to work a schedule which can eventually include days, nights, and weekends. General Duties And Responsibilities Ensure warehouse is properly maintained and organized Effectively pick, pack, and ship orders to quality standards Tag incoming merchandise quickly and accurately Pick orders accurately and in a timely manner Able to lift safely, including receiving and restocking merchandise Maintain a professional demeanor at all times Perform additional responsibilities as directed Experience and requirements Minimum 18 years of age, High School graduate or equivalent Past experience working in retail, sales or warehouse experience preferred Experience folding clothing and tagging clothing preferred Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment Extras and Physical Requirements • Ability to maintain high standards of organization and cleanness • Proven ability to overcome obstacles while maintaining a positive, can do attitude • Strong verbal communication skills • Regularly required to sit stand, reach, bend and move about the facility as needed • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
