Our remodeling and maintenance company is for two (2) positions, an experienced Framer / Carpenter and a Painter to join our team! We have an immediate opening! We specialize in commercial and some residential, so we need a Framer / Carpenter with cabinetry and vanity experience who loves thinking outside the box and wowing clients. Our painter position will handle both commercial and residential accounts. We offer performance-based advancement and a fast paced environment with excellent benefits. Framer / Carpenter Qualifications:
* 1+ years' experience in finish carpentry.
* Additional 1+ years' experience in rough carpentry preferred.
* Extensive knowledge of power tools, including skill saw, miter saw and jigsaw.
* Possession of basic hand tools and reliable transportation to job sites.
* Willingness to work overtime when necessary to deliver the project on time.
* Capable of climbing on ladders and carrying at least 80 pounds.
* Knowledge of lumber grades and counter top materials.
Painter Qualifications – At least 1 year experience in painting both residential and commercial properties.
