Description

We are looking for someone to help with minor renovations and maintenance of our properties. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Duties include but not limited to: Landscaping including planting, irrigation, and associated digging, demolition, carpentry, excavation, appliance installation, painting, crawlspace, and roof work. Able to use basic power tools safely. Must be at least 18 years of age. Dependable, with a strong work ethic, Committed to working safely Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Work is in Sonoma county, mainly Santa Rosa Wage dependent on experience. $20-30/hr Part time to start may increase to full time.
