Seminar 1 - "Let's Talk Riesling" Join host Cheryl Stanley as she leads us around the Riesling world. With panelists Nova Cadamatre MW and Erika Frey, and guest winemakers from around the world, this mash-up of 'Late Night Talk Show' and 'Riesling Tasting' will taste you through the best of the best, and showcase why the Finger Lakes is such a perfect home for this grape. Seminar 2 - "Riesling: Food's Best Friend" Think that white wines are just for chicken or fish? Especially a ‘delicate’ white wine like Riesling? Dominick Purnomo - of Albany's Yono's and dP an American Brasserie - is here to expand your horizons! Discover all the amazing ways that Riesling can pair with your meal, from seafood to steak. Featuring a panel of Sommeliers discussing their favorite classic and off-beat Riesling pairings, this seminar will also feature specially paired food bites from our guest Chefs with Rieslings from around the world.
