Construction Coming To 68th Street In Wauwatosa

WAUWATOSA, WI — The City of Wauwatosa will start a construction project on 68th Street from State Street to Milwaukee Avenue, the city announced Wednesday. A contractor hired by the city will line a sanitary sewer, repave the road and designate a bike lane on the east side of the road, the city said. The project will last from June 7 to late Fall 2021. 68th Street will be closed to traffic during the project but residents will still have access, the city said. Sidewalks on 68th Street will be accessible during the project.
