Speak Up For Kids "Warrior Weekend" Celebration of Laura Elder (Gebert) Luncheon & Charity Golf Scramble Laura had a heart of gold and always volunteered to help anyone in need. She left footprints in the sand for all of the lives she touched. She was an advocate for Speak Up For Kids in Palm Beach FL were she resided. Over $14,000 has been donated thus far in her name. Please join us as we gather for a sequence of charity events to help continue her legacy and raise an additional $6000 to reach a total goal of $20,000 for Speak Up For Kids. 100% of all proceeds will be donated in her honor. Events: Friday Aug 6th Hills of Lenawee Golf Club•11:30am: Celebration of Life Open House Casual Luncheon -Meet & Greet (variety of a sandwich's, pasta salad, chips & cookie) •1pm: Dedication •1:30pm: 9 Hole Scramble Teams of 4•4pm: Awards •7pm: Reception- Chaloners Cigar Lounge- Catered by El Chaps (for all you out of town travelers) Can't join us for lunch or golf...than come out Friday night! All tickets will be sold separately too.Not willing to face your fear and golf... spend the day at the HLGC pool for $10/pp after the luncheon Event: Saturday August 7th, Trestle Park• 9:30am- Pilates in the Park with Elizabeth Herr-Chier Notes:Adult beverages are NOT included with ticket.
